BOOK DESCRIPTIONResearches in Stone Age prehistory from Bihar (NE India) have been reported from as early as the end of the nineteenth century. Despite these reports a sharp picture of the cultural transformation in this area has not emerged clearly. This study attemptsto shed light on the various aspects of the cultural transformation processes from all the districts of Bihar.
